Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged during transit.

The product has expired or is not in a consumable condition upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment source.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will contact you for bank details to process the refund.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacements
If your product was damaged or defective, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please share an image of the damaged item and order number at info@yumgo.in within 3 days of delivery.
