Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Yumgo, a brand operated by Viaan Trading Pvt. Ltd., handles the shipping and delivery of orders placed on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation along with tracking information via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your address falls outside our delivery network, we will notify you and process a full refund.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines vary by location. Orders delivered to metro cities generally arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Deliveries to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take between 3 to 6 business days. For remote or non-urban locations, the delivery window may extend to 5 to 8 business days.
Please note that these delivery estimates are indicative and subject to variation due to factors such as courier network availability, regional disruptions, weather conditions, and public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and current rates provided by our courier partners. These charges will be clearly displayed before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or when specific conditions (such as order value thresholds) are met, as specified on the website from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID along with courier details via SMS or email. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through the courier partner’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries & Re-shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may be applicable for re-dispatching the package. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days of the failed delivery, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed (excluding shipping and COD charges, if applicable).
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, marked as delivered but not received, or delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected or actual delivery date. For damaged products, clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging must be provided.
We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
8. Packaging & Quality Assurance
All Yumgo products are packed in food-grade, tamper-evident, and protective packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit. We recommend that you do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
